Our growing building maintenance division is accepting resumes for a full-time roving maintenance technician to work both independently and with our team throughout the Southern Twin Cities Metro area. This can be a very rewarding position that leverages technology and resources to be the most effective Building Maintenance Service Company in the region servicing Association maintained multi-family buildings. Our company invests in our staff to ensure happy and long term relationships.
Responsibilities include maintaining the interiors and exteriors of association maintained multi-family dwellings - Town homes, Condominiums, Homeowner Associations, Residential Homes, and Commercial Buildings by performing quality building repairs, renovations and preventative maintenance services.
Essential Functions:
Prospects should enjoy variety of work and a busy day, have the basic hand tools and knowledge to use them, be comfortable working on roofs and ladders occasionally and working in various conditions providing building maintenance service on the interior and exterior components. A clean driving record and good customer service skills are a must. Candidates that are friendly, professional, reliable, hardworking and have a positive can do attitude are encouraged to apply.
