Join Association Services, a trusted local leader with over a 2 decades of experience managing condominiums and homeowner associations. We're currently seeking a Community Association Assistant Manager to provide direct support to our Portfolio Managers, Boards of Directors, and homeowners.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as the key administrative support for a Portfolio Manager and their assigned associations
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and track work orders with vendors
  • Handle compliance issues and violation tracking
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners via email, phone, and system portals
  • Prepare meeting notices, Board packets, and take meeting minutes
  • Help manage vendor insurance certificates, contract files, and association documents
  • Support smooth transitions for new associations and leadership changes
  • Learn and operate within industry software such as Vantaca and HOAi

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in community association management is preferred
  • Other relevant experience includes real estate, escrow/title, property management, banking, legal, or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow processes
  • Comfortable using technology and working in a fast-paced environment
