Join Association Services, a trusted local leader with over a 2 decades of experience managing condominiums and homeowner associations. We're currently seeking a Community Association Assistant Manager to provide direct support to our Portfolio Managers, Boards of Directors, and homeowners.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Act as the key administrative support for a Portfolio Manager and their assigned associations
- Coordinate maintenance requests and track work orders with vendors
- Handle compliance issues and violation tracking
- Communicate professionally with homeowners via email, phone, and system portals
- Prepare meeting notices, Board packets, and take meeting minutes
- Help manage vendor insurance certificates, contract files, and association documents
- Support smooth transitions for new associations and leadership changes
- Learn and operate within industry software such as Vantaca and HOAi
Preferred Background:
- Experience in community association management is preferred
- Other relevant experience includes real estate, escrow/title, property management, banking, legal, or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow processes
- Comfortable using technology and working in a fast-paced environment
