Tutor - Join our team in the heart of the education sector as a Tutor based in the US. In this role, you will play a crucial part in empowering students to achieve their academic goals while fostering a love for learning. Responsibilities
- Provide personalized tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Utilize learning technologies to enhance the tutoring experience.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Create a supportive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Collaborate with parents and educators to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and feedback.
- Participate in professional development opportunities offered by the association.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (required).
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching (highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of subject matter expertise (e.g., Math).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop curriculum and lesson plans effectively.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Familiarity with learning technologies is a plus.
