You will report to the Associate Director of AI and Data Governance and use a hybrid work schedule.
This is a new role in a newly established AI & Data Governance function, bringing together data, AI, and risk governance into a single enterprise model.

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $78,000 - $85,000

- Embed data governance frameworks and processes
- Work with Data Owners and Stewards to increase adoption and accountability
- Support data quality management, Goals, and issue resolution
- Maintain governance artifacts (catalog, glossary, metadata)
- Coordinate governance forums and partner engagement
- AI governance activities (use cases, risk, lifecycle checkpoints)
- Integrate data, AI, and risk governance at enterprise scale
- Deepen your data governance expertise in a global organization
- Build practical experience in AI governance and responsible AI
- Work with our business and technology teams

You Have:
- Experience operating business programs within a global environment.
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and their application within programs.
- Experience of project management or operating management processes, balancing value, risk, and organizational readiness.
- 1 years of experience supporting programmes across multiple regions, functions, or business domains.
