Roles & Responsibilities
The Park School is seeking an Athletics Operations Intern to join our team for the winter season
(November- February). Interns should generally be available between approximately 2:30- 5:00 p.m. on
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. This role may be combined with an available coaching
vacancy.

interns will assist with the daily operations and logistics of the athletics program, including:
- Supporting Park School’s overall athletic program and serving students, coaches, staff, families,
- Collaborating closely with the Director of Athletics to uphold athletic program policies and
- Assist with managing practice and game-day operations, which may include event setup and
uniform/equipment inventory and distribution, etc.
- Performing additional duties consistent with the position as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
- Enrolled as an Undergraduate or Graduate student in Sports Management or similar program
- Background or experience in athletics
- Experience coaching at the youth, high school, and college level is preferred.
- Professionalism in conduct, demeanor, and work habits
- Reliable, responsible and detail oriented
- Committed to fostering and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Able to communicate and collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- CPR/AED Certification or ability to obtain it upon hiring
