Pay Range is $161,616.00 to $258,585.60 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.

Sutter Health’s Diagnostic Imaging programs span a diverse and growing footprint, including:
- Acute care hospitals, ambulatory centers, and specialty programs
- Single-site and multi-site leadership structures
- A wide range of modalities including MRI, CT, X-ray, Mammography, Ultrasound, and more
- Driving patient access and experience
- Partnering with physicians and clinical leaders
- Leading operational performance and growth initiatives
- Developing and mentoring teams in both union and non-union environments
We’re interested in connecting with leaders who bring:
- Progressive leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, Director)
- Background in Diagnostic Imaging (modality experience flexible)
- Strength in operations, team development, and change management
- A data-driven mindset with strong execution and follow-through
- Ability to build strong relationships with physicians and stakeholders
- Large, integrated health system with significant imaging scale and complexity
- Continued investment in growth, technology, and expansion initiatives
- Strong focus on leadership development and career progression
- Collaborative culture with high visibility across leadership teams
