Albuquerque Talent Development Academy Charter High School seeks:
For the 2026-2027 school year a Full-time Receptionist
Being bilingual is required. Must have a High School Diploma/GED but College Experience or Degree preferred.
Staff report: Mon-Thurs 8:30-4:00, Fridays 8:30-4:00 for Professional Development and PLC’s. Every other Friday is off.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, team player who will help our school expand by providing assistance at the front desk as needed.
Duties:
- Visitor Management: Greet visitors, ensure proper sign-in/out, issue visitor passes, and maintain school security protocols.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and transfer telephone calls; take messages; and manage school emails.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties including scanning, photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Student Support: Manage student attendance records, handle check-in/out for tardy students or early pick-ups, and assist with student services.
- Mail and Correspondence: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling teacher conferences and coordinating meeting room usage.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Previous experience working in schools is preferred.
