Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Short Hills, NJ. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including managing internal processes, ensuring compliance with state and organizational guidelines, and maintaining efficient workflows. Responsibilities also include collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing operational performance, managing resources effectively, and implementing process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in operational management, strategic planning, and process improvement
- Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making tools
- Knowledge of healthcare benefit programs and compliance regulations, especially within the New Jersey framework
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations or multi-association settings is a plus
