DIRECTOR, TRAINING & TALENT SOLUTIONS
A Typical Week May Look Like This…
- Driving the strategic growth of AFP’s training business by leading the design, development, execution, and continuous expansion of training content that advances AFP’s strategic priorities, strengthens the membership experience, and delivers on corporate training and revenue objectives.
- Providing executive oversight and growth strategy for AFP’s certification exam preparation platforms (Certified Treasury Professional – CTP, and Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional – FPAC), ensuring best-in-class candidate experiences and achievement of product revenue and growth targets.
- Partnering with the Director of Corporate Sales to align course offerings with evolving customer and market needs, ensuring timely contracting, effective delivery, and achievement of corporate training revenue and budgetary goals.
- Overseeing AFP’s career development offerings, including the job board and career mapping initiatives, ensuring alignment with AFP’s strategic vision, talent solutions portfolio, and revenue objectives.
- Developing and managing budgets and financial performance for all training and talent solution products, ensuring accurate forecasting, strong financial stewardship, and alignment with organizational growth targets.
- Expanding AFP’s global instructor network to strengthen delivery capacity and ensure global relevance, in direct alignment with AFP’s long-term strategy.

- At least 10 years of training experience, BS required, MBA preferred.

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
