We are seeking an Associate Fundraising Consultant to support client projects across campaign planning, prospect research, development strategy, and project coordination. Position Overview
The Associate Consultant plays a key role in supporting client engagements and internal project execution. You will work closely with senior consultants while taking ownership of research, reporting, and project coordination. This role is designed as a pathway to increased responsibility, including greater involvement in client-facing work and strategy development over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client engagements and fundraising strategy projects
- Conduct donor and prospect research
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and deliverables
- Assist with client communications and follow-up
- Maintain organized project records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and client expectations
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, sales, or project management
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $55,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience
