About the Role:

You will report to the Manager - Peer Review Projects & Communications and provide proactive project and administrative support to them and other team members. You will use a hybrid work schedule.

You Will:

Peer Review Board (PRB) and National Peer Review Committee(NPRC) Support

  • Prepare notices to peer review partners with information about the PRB.
  • Help prepare materials for PRB meetings, posts materials to SharePoint and email links to PRB members.
  • Help plan for PRB and NPRC meetings and conference calls, including rooming and meeting room requests, meals and transportation.
  • Help with annual PRB and NPRC nomination processes.
  • Help with tasks related to the PRB's and NPRC's Task Forces.
  • Help with correspondence to State Boards of Accountancy, including final drafts of legislation, rules and regulations.
  • Submit volunteer reimbursement forms to finance for reimbursement and track expenses for all meeting participants.
  • Help prepare the registration website(s), distribute invitations, run weekly attendance reports, monitor weekly hotel rooming list and pick-up reports, track staff, speaker expense reimbursements, and other deliverables for the Peer Review conference.

     

Administrative Support

  • Send scheduled emails and meeting invitations to numerous partners from a variety of peer review outlook accounts.
  • Coordinate submission of speaker bios and presentations for staff, including conferences and speaking engagements.
  • Compile case materials using Adobe Professional

You Have:

  • 2 years' experience in an administrative assistant role for an organization or department offering professional services
  • High School Diploma

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $45,000 - $55,000
