Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Notary Public certification is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing, and general computer operations.
- Excellent communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions, demonstrating proper grammar and spelling.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong dedication to providing quality-focused customer service with a positive attitude.
- Uphold high ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling complex title documentation.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to team success.
What You’ll Do:
- Review executed closing documents for completeness and compliance with recording standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any post-closing issues or discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address inquiries.
- Ensure accurate disbursement of funds, including processing wires and checks in accordance with closing instructions.
- Coordinate the timely submission of documents for recording with appropriate jurisdictions.
- Maintain organized records of all post-closing activities and communications.
The base salary is aligned with similar roles at the Company and serves as a guideline. Actual offers will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, location, market conditions, and other compensation factors.
