Mechanical Systems Engineer
· Delivering design specifications for piping components in process gases and LNG projects/products according to calculations and ASME codes.
. Calculating hydrostatic/pneumatic test pressures for all lines, based on design pressure per ASME B31.3; Code for Process Piping.
. Providing project deliverables to project management and adjacent engineering departments.
. Calculating design parameters for active piping components and reaching out to vendors for specialty items.
Preparing requisition documents for Procurement.

Salary range 90-110K/yr Depending on Experience
- Plant design, preparation of process and instrument drawings (P&ID), equipment general arrangement drawings, iso-metric piping designs and vessel installations. Any experience with industrial towers, pipe racks, skids, and platforms a plus
- Mechanical design expertise and equipment layout support for modifications to existing systems and installation of new systems
- Prepare preliminary and detailed design documents for the installation of mechanical, piping and distribution systems.
- Prepare preliminary and detailed design documents for the installation of instrument systems according to engineers supplied conceptual design or Project Engineer's scope
- Implement changes to P&ID drawings from process change notifications (PCN)
- AutoCAD and 3D exp (CADWorx a plus)
- Maintain all project documents including specifications, drawings, equipment data sheets, instrument data sheets and engineering standards in a repository database
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering a plus
