As a Telecommunications Sales Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact between customers and AT&T. The Telecommunications Sales Assistant primary responsibilities will include generating qualified leads, presenting tailored product solutions, and delivering exceptional service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty. This Telecommunications Sales Assistant position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and develop professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Telecommunications Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers using our database of leads provided by AT&T and qualify these leads based on how likely they are to become customers.
- Follow up with these leads and tailor a sales pitch according to customer needs, creating a valuable and positive sales experience driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in AT&T training, to stay up to date in product knowledge, price advantages, and upcoming promotions that may be of value to customers, tailoring them to customer needs, and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with other Telecommunications Sales Assistants to create sales strategies, share best practices, and drive sales, achieving company goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service while helping customers through the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving questions, and handling customer information, professionally and respectfully, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Telecommunications Sales Assistant Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years or older
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a proactive, self-starting mindset.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the office or designated work sites.
- Availability to work weekends as needed.
