What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Technician position at Associates in ENT?
Busy ENT/surgical practice seeking a full-time Patient Care Technician.
Must be willing to travel between three locations in Hixson, Chattanooga and Cleveland. Mileage reimbursement included when traveling between two or more locations on the same day.
Ability to multi task is a must.
Day to day duties will include assisting clinical staff with patient flow and performing audiology testing (training will be provided).
Skills
- Proven working experience in direct patient care
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in patient management software
