Core Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments, including:
  • Laser hair removal
  • Skin rejuvenation and resurfacing
  • Treatment of pigmentation, vascular lesions, and acne
• Provide personalized, in-depth consultations to assess skin concerns and curate customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and comprehensive pre- and post-care instructions
• Create a welcoming, discreet, and professional experience that reflects a luxury aesthetic brand
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and client records
• Adhere to the highest standards of safety, infection control, and laser compliance
• Operate and maintain laser and aesthetic devices with precision and care
• Collaborate seamlessly with providers and staff to ensure a cohesive client journey
• Confidently recommend aesthetic services, treatment packages, and medical-grade skincare when appropriate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in aesthetic laser treatments preferred
• Strong understanding of skin physiology, laser technologies, and safety protocols
• Exceptional communication, professionalism, and client service skills
• Ability to thrive in a refined, fast-paced clinical environment
• Impeccable presentation and demeanor aligned with a luxury brand

Preferred Experience

• Background in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice
• Experience working with premium laser platforms and aesthetic devices
• Consultative sales experience within an aesthetic or luxury service setting
