Job Overview
Associates Home Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN's, LVN's or LPN's to join our team in the San Antonio and Surrounding areas.
**Available Patients: **
**San Antonio, TX 78023 - Monday -Friday 6pm to 9pm (Male Nurse Preferred)
**San Antonio, TX 78232 - 58 Hrs a wk (12 hr shifts) 2 - 3 Nurses needed
**San Antonio, TX 78232 - Daily Bowel/Bladder/Shower 8am to 11am (Female Nurse Preferred)
WAIT! Do You Qualify? (Make Sure!)
- Current RN, LVN, LPN license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of disease management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- You're able to pass a criminal background check
Your Duties May Include:
- Provide skilled nursing according to the physicians prescribed plan of care and maintain compliance standards through real time charting
- Administer medications, feedings, and treatments according to the care plan
- Maintain professional, clinical relationships with patients and their families
All tasks assigned are exclusive to each client.
