What you will do:

Schedule and coordinate meetings for the CEO across internal and external calendars

Create and manage team meeting agendas, materials, and presentations

Communication management: draft, proofread, send, and follow up on emails and action items

Monitor and report on progress across all grant projects and help coordinate moving parts

Partner with the grant operations manager to prep and maintain documentation, and join cross-departmental check-ins to track grant deliverables from start to finish

Spot friction points in grant delivery and day-to-day processes, and outline solutions

Database upkeep and data entry

Additional tasks as needed to support the APFJ team
