- Junior or senior level students preferred. Recent grades are acceptable.
- Solid communication skills
- Strong organization skills

- Initiative, enthusiasm to learn and ability to follow direction
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 40 hour per week, 10-week internship, with the possibility to work overtime as needed. Including regular and reliable attendance throughout the program.
- Travel to AWG Support Center in Kansas City, MO for end of year presentation to executive leadership team.
- Relocation for possible full-time positions.
