Position Responsibilities:
- Process HR transactions such as Leave, Dependent Verification, Wage Garnishments, Medical Support Orders, Benefit Life Events, and Tuition Reimbursement
- Maintain Records for Leave
- Coordinate, Relocation logistics and expense tracking
- Serve as first point of contact for basic benefit questions
- Prepare any required vouchers or wires
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
- Associate’s degree preferred or 1-2 years of relevant HR, Shared Services or related experience.
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Experience with Oracle HCM system preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must.
- Ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle information in a confidential manner required
- Must be professional and possess excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a team environment
