Associated Title & Closing Services Agency, Inc. is a well-established local title insurance agency committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Closing Agent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of residential and commercial real estate closing transactions.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to coordinate successful closings.
• Prepare and process closing documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate transaction files.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the closing process.
• Support the office team with general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• Must be bondable and eligible to become a Notary Public.
• Previous title, real estate, banking, legal, or office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
