We are seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team at Women's Health Advantage. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Position Overview
As a Medical Assistant, you will provide essential support to physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, and the care team by performing both clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rooming patients and taking vitals
- Charting and preparing patient records
- Preparing and maintaining exam rooms
- Entering orders into the EMR system
- Assisting with procedures and administering injections
- Providing excellent patient service and communication
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company policies
Schedule & Requirements
- Full-time (36-40 hours per week)
- Monday – Friday (No weekends or holidays)
- Completion of an accredited medical assisting program required
- 1 year of experience preferred; OB/GYN experience a plus
