Production Associate (Multiple Positions Available)
Location: Holdrege, NE
Pay:
- 1st Shift: $17.50/hour
- 2nd Shift: $21.50/hour
- Welder (2nd Shift): $22.50/hour
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM ( overtime on Fridays as needed)
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:45 PM – 3:30 AM ( overtime on Fridays as needed)

We're seeking dependable Production Associates to join a growing team. We have openings across several departments offering hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Available Positions Include:
Assembly (Engine & Tower Build)
- Perform repetitive line assembly using hand tools
- Build light towers, generators, heaters and related equipment
- Follow work instructions to bolt, clip, screw and assemble components
- Flex between departments as needed
Parts Order Picker (Warehouse)
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment
- Scan and organize inventory
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts and scanners
- Lift 50 lbs and perform frequent walking and bending
Shipping & Receiving / Material Handler
- Load/unload trucks and move materials
- Supply production lines with needed materials
- Operate forklifts and other equipment
- Maintain organized work areas
Paint Finish Operator
- Prepare parts for powder coating (masking, sanding, etc.)
- Hang/remove parts on conveyor line
- Inspect materials for defects and track counts
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of paint systems
Quality Test Technician
- Monitor and ensure product quality standards
- Conduct audits and inspections of finished goods
- Investigate defects and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with teams to resolve quality issues
Laser Operator
- Set up and operate laser cutting machines
- Ensure precision and quality of metal components
- Perform basic machine maintenance
- Openings available on 1st and 2nd shift
Welder (2nd Shift Only)
- Perform complex welding on mild steel assemblies
- Set machine voltage and wire speed
- Inspect welds for defects and quality
- Maintain and repair welding equipment

- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Willingness to learn and work in multiple areas
- Basic computer skills (for applicable roles)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, bending and lifting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
