Maintenance Technician – Day Shift
Grand Island, NE | $28–$34/hr | Direct Hire

Summary
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Repair and maintain motors, control panels, relays, bearings, gears, shafts, and other production equipment.
- Help minimize production downtime by responding to equipment issues in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.

Qualifications
- 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, conveyors, control systems, and industrial machinery.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot equipment safely and efficiently.
- Welding, fabrication, forklift certification, or additional industrial maintenance certifications are a plus.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity. You will be hired directly by the company on your first day of employment and will be eligible for their full compensation and benefits package.
Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
