Responsibilities include:

• Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
• Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence and financial documents
• Organizing meetings and professional development events
• Maintaining confidential files and department records
• Processing instructional material orders
• Preparing agendas and meeting minutes
• Ordering office supplies and assisting with bookkeeping
• Providing outstanding customer service to staff and visitors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication, organization and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities

Paraeducators (Multiple Openings)

$15.50-$19.50/hour | 9-Month Positions | Summers Off

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting teachers with classroom instruction
• Supporting students individually and in small groups
• Helping with classroom preparation and organization

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Caring, dependable and patient

No college degree? No problem. Paid Project Para training is available for qualified candidates who do not meet college credit requirements.

Bus Driver / Maintenance & Transportation

$18.50-$21.00/hour DOE | Full-Time | Immediate Openings

Enjoy a position that combines safe student transportation with facility and equipment maintenance. No CDL? Qualified candidates can receive assistance obtaining their CDL with a bus endorsement.

Responsibilities include:

• Transporting students safely on daily routes and activities
• Maintaining buses and transportation equipment
• Assisting with preventive maintenance
• Snow removal, grounds maintenance and general upkeep
• Operating maintenance equipment safely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Good driving record
• Mechanical aptitude is helpful
• Ability to pass required physical and driving evaluation

Bus Monitor

$15.50-$16.50/hour DOE | Part-Time | 9-Month Position

Help students enjoy a safe and positive ride to and from school while working a schedule that follows the school calendar.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting students on and off the bus
• Monitoring student behavior and safety
• Supporting students with special transportation needs
• Assisting with wheelchair lifts and safety equipment
• Helping during emergency evacuations if necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Strong communication skills
• Patient, dependable, and safety-focused
