What You’ll Do

As the Convenience Store Manager, you’ll oversee the people, operations and performance of the store while creating a positive environment for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise, train, coach and develop store employees.

• Lead daily store operations and ensure the store runs efficiently.

• Create employee schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels.

• Understand and manage labor guidelines to maximize productivity.

• Complete and oversee daily paperwork.

• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management.

• Maintain company standards for store appearance, cleanliness and customer service.

• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or corrective feedback when necessary.

• Identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.

• Communicate company policies and procedures to employees and ensure they are followed.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.

• Help drive the overall success and profitability of the store.

• Work a flexible schedule and provide coverage when needed.
