Qualified candidates must be able to manage financial reporting, general ledgers, account reconciliations, monthly and year-end closing processes AND work closely with operations and management to effectively communicate accounting and finance-related issues, including efficiencies, costs related to labor, and day-to-day business operations. Other responsibilities include resolving accounting issues, managing 2 accountants, managing audits, monthly reporting, and assisting the Division Controller with other accounting-related duties. GAAP knowledge required.
Summary:
- Full-time (Permanent, Direct-Hire) Accounting Manager
- Located in Kearney, NE
- Hours typically Monday - Friday with some flexibility - additional hours required during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- $110k - $130k DOE with discretionary bonus potential

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other related field required
- At least 5 years of accounting experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
- Accounting software proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
