Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Sales & Warehouse Support Assistant to join our team. This individual will provide critical support to our sales team while assisting with warehouse operations and general office tasks. The ideal candidate is professional in appearance, eager to learn, and ready to grow within the company. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of a dynamic, fast-paced business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Office Support:

• Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating logistics.
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person as needed.
• Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to support smooth operations.
  
  

Warehouse Support

• Gather and organize equipment to fulfill scaffolding orders.
• Unload, inspect, and repair returned equipment to meet OSHA and company safety standards.
• Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Secure loads with proper banding, wrapping, or taping.
• Assist with deliveries and pickups as directed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record (for insurance purposes).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Clean-cut, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs safely.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a multi-role position.
  
  

Skills & Attributes

• Time management and ability to shift between warehouse, office, and sales support duties.
• Basic hand tool knowledge and willingness to perform minor equipment repairs.
• Attention to detail, especially in handling orders and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  
  

Working Conditions

• Combination of indoor (office/warehouse) and outdoor (yard) environments.
• Some physical labor and equipment handling required.
  
  

Compensation

• Starting pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
