We are currently seeking polished, dependable Part-Time Event Staff to support our on-site operations for client events and association meetings. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in organized environments and possesses the communication skills necessary to represent a leading management company.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Execution: Provide professional support during association meetings and corporate events throughout the Greater Atlanta area.
- Logistics Management: Assist with the transport, setup, and breakdown of event supplies and materials.
- Problem Solving: Adapt to changing assignments and address on-site challenges with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Professional Communication: Interface effectively with clients, board members, and event attendees.
Candidate Requirements
- Professionalism: Exceptional verbal communication skills and a refined professional presence are mandatory.
- Reliability: Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to navigate to various event locations.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variable schedule, including day and evening shifts.
- Technical Skills: Computer and Microsoft Office proficiencies are required. Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
