Position Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for reviewing job orders, preparing production layouts, verifying client files, and ensuring all print and fabrication details are clear, accurate, and consistent. This role bridges design intent with production execution, ensuring every layout is labeled, color-checked, and assembled in alignment with our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming job orders, client presentations, and creative files for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify all required assets are included; request missing files when necessary.
- Prepare print-ready layouts that include:
- Work order number, file number, material type, and placement location.
- Clear labeling and assembly references for multi-piece displays.
- Include Pantone and custom color callouts as visible flags for print operators.
- Add positioning notes and alignment indicators for finishing and assembly.
- Follow company naming conventions and file storage structure.
- Submit layouts for internal review and client approval.
- Follow up every two (2) days until layouts are approved.
- Update the internal Priority List with key milestones: layouts sent, revisions received, approvals, and production start.
- Communicate clearly with the General Manager, Production, and Finishing teams to ensure smooth transitions from design to print.
- Maintain consistent attention to detail, visual precision, and production readiness across all projects.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (advanced layout and prepress skills required).
- Strong understanding of print production, bleeds, color profiles, and resolution standards.
- Ability to interpret creative direction and translate it into clear, production-ready visuals.
- Working knowledge of Pantone Matching System (PMS) and color management.
- Excellent organizational skills and file management practices.
- Strong communication and follow-up habits — able to track multiple jobs simultaneously.
- Experience with large-format printing or display fabrication a plus.
- Familiarity with structural layouts, dielines, or assembly documentation preferred.

Requirements

- Strong communication and accountability .. must be comfortable following structured procedures.
- On-site position (Miami, FL). This is a hands-on role requiring daily interaction with Production and Finishing teams.
