What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child-Friendly Dental Assistant / Sterile Tech position at Associated Pediatric Dentistry?
Associated Pediatric Dentistry has been serving the Metro East since 1979! We are proud to serve the children of our former patients. We are looking for a Dental Assistant / Sterile technician to join our team. APD is a fun group that loves what we do -- working with children. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is a team player and would be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Most of all, you must enjoy kids!
As a dental sterile technician, your responsibilities include ensuring instruments and equipment are clean, sanitized and ready for use to maintain infection control. Key duties include decontaminating and sterilizing instruments, preparing treatment rooms, managing supplies, and maintaining sterilization equipment and records.
