Inside Sales / Freight Broker

We are looking for top notch sales individuals to join our 3PL (Third Party Logistics) firm! We are a Chicago-style Brokerage with an incredible Operations and Coverage support team. If you have an existing book of business, we will pay you a lot of money to join us (outside of our existing ramping and bonus plans).
We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals with logistics sales experience, to join the ALG team. We are offering a base salary based on previous experience, and a lucrative uncapped commission plan. Our top commission rate is a straight 40% cut of the profit (Gross Margin) you generate. Yes! 40%! Additional benefits include health insurance, dental and vision, 100% paid gym membership on site, free parking and an amazing work culture!
We also offer ramping bonuses while you grow your book of business. Here in 2026, we are offering a minimum of $17,000 in ramping bonuses (outside of our normal commission plan) to each new hire.
This position will be best suited for talented sales individuals with previous logistics sales experience, who are eager and driven to learn and perform at high levels.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect for leads via cold calling and other means
- Maintain, grow and manage a sales funnel
- Negotiate freight rates
- Establish business relationships with shippers and carriers
- Responsible for account management
- Meet and/or exceed performance targets
- Regular business hours in office

Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics sales required
