Duties

- Manage patient cases through comprehensive care plans, ensuring clear communication about diagnosis, treatment options, and follow-up procedures.
- Educate patients on hearing health, device usage, maintenance, and auditory rehabilitation strategies to maximize their benefit from treatments.
