Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Modify and maintain existing programs/systems as needed, including redesigning, coding, compiling, testing, documenting, and implementing changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing necessary repairs and testing.
- Design and manage data resources for programs/systems, including creating and maintaining physical data structures and elements.
- Design, code, compile, test, document, and implement new programs as requested.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless system integration and delivery.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Associate's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience and training.
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience with demonstrated competence in web development. In-depth knowledge of Internet/Intranet programming and general business operations.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Principles, Design Patterns, and Software Engineering best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to create sound, innovative solutions for complex challenges.
- Experience with and/or willingness to mentor junior developers.
