LAND SURVEY CREW/PARTY CHIEF
Job Summary:
Associated Engineering is seeking an experienced Land Survey Crew / Party Chief to lead field survey crews and perform a variety of land surveying projects throughout the northeast Arkansas area. This is a field-based position requiring someone who can work independently, lead a crew, and maintain a strong commitment to accuracy and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a land survey crew with minimal supervision.
- Perform lot and tract surveys.
- Conduct topographic surveys.
- Perform site and roadway construction layout.
- Operate and utilize Trimble surveying equipment in the field.
- Communicate effectively with crew members, project managers, clients, and other personnel.
- Work safely and professionally across a variety of terrain and outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Party Chief is required.
- Previous hands-on experience with Trimble surveying equipment is required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to lead a survey crew with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions.
- Ability to work across various types of terrain.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate fieldwork.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
