Position Description
- Coordinate and facilitate the fueling of commercial, corporate, government and military flights. Aspects include: fuel pricing and arrangement, confirming fuel availability with vendors, following operational priorities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Process all fuel-related inquiries in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain liaison with clients, suppliers and into-plane agents as required.
- Ensure that all communications comply with AEG Policies and procedures.
- Manage day-to-day administration functions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience of delivering high levels of customer service is essential.
- High level of understanding in basic mathematical computation and principles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Proficient knowledge in conversion of currency and units of measurement.
- Ability to establish priorities and complete objectives independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to handle and resolve problems.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations and negotiations.
- Flexibility to handle shift work.
- Attention to detail is essential
Recommended Experience:
- Associates / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
- Aviation Fuel & Flight Operations knowledge
- FAA Certified Dispatcher preferred, but not required
- Multilingual
