As a trusted HR partner, you’ll work closely with departments that include both union and non-union employees. Your guidance will help leaders navigate employee relations, performance, and labor matters while contributing to a positive, people-focused culture.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with supervisors to create strong, motivated teams.
- Contribute to collective bargaining and labor relations strategies that balance organizational goals with employee well-being.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to bring in great talent, ensure smooth onboarding, and support career growth.
- Lead or contribute to projects and training that spark engagement, expand skills, and cultivate a culture where learning and collaboration thrive.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of HR experience; labor relations experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and labor relations practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
