Order Picker

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, scanning, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is efficient, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily productivity and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pull customer orders using RF scanners, pick lists, or handheld devices
• Accurately select products, verify item numbers, and ensure correct quantities
• Prepare and stage orders for packing or shipping
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, or other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed
• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and company procedures
• Meet or exceed daily productivity targets

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand/walk for the entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with speed and accuracy
• Basic computer or scanner/RF gun skills
• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature-controlled or not)
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.60 - $28.40 per hour
