Role Description
The Director of Pre-Apprenticeship is a full-time, on-site position located in Springboro, OH. The person hired will report to the Vice President of Workforce Development, and in combination with the Director of Apprenticeship will be responsible for growing the pipeline of workers entering the construction field in 40 counties across Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
Qualifications
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Detail-oriented and willing to communicate with prospective skilled trade workers.
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience with nonprofits, trade associations or education institutions
