Our most senior driver is retiring after 44 years and Associated Boat Transport is looking for Class A CDL Driver to join our team. With over 100 years in business, we are an established, family-oriented transportation company specializing exclusively in the transportation of yachts and boats throughout the United States.
This isn't your typical trucking job. Our drivers work with specialized equipment and handle unique, high-value cargo while traveling to some of the most scenic destinations across the country.
What You'll Do
- Safely transport yachts and boats throughout the U.S.
- Load, secure, and unload vessels using proper procedures and equipment
- Inspect equipment and cargo before, during, and after each trip
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with customers, marinas, boatyards, and company personnel
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
- Help ensure every boat arrives safely and on schedule

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required
- 1–2 years of CDL driving experience preferred
- Oversize/overweight experience preferred, but not required
- Clean and safe driving history
- Ability to safely load and secure boats and other specialized cargo
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel depending on route
