What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be an important part of our day-to-day billing operations, helping make sure claims are submitted accurately and payments keep moving.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Verifying patient insurance benefits and eligibility
- Preparing and submitting medical claims
- Following up on unpaid and outstanding claims
- Communicating with insurance companies
- Helping resolve billing and claim issues
- Keeping information accurate, organized, and up to date

Position Details
Position: Part-Time Medical Billing Specialist
Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexible hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Location: In-office — this is not a remote position
