What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial relationships to drive loan, deposit, and fee income growth.
- Drive new business development through client referrals, centers of influence, and proactive prospecting.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions across Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Private Banking, and Wealth Management.
- Analyze financial information to structure sound credit solutions aligned with client needs and bank risk standards.
- Ensure portfolio compliance with credit policy, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Present credit recommendations and participate in the loan approval process alongside portfolio partners.
- Build community presence by participating in business and community organizations to expand referral networks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 8 years of commercial banking or B2B sales experience
- Strong credit analysis skills and proven client relationship management success
- Experience with non‑borrowing products and complex commercial relationship
- Established network of commercial or real estate referral partners
