Key Accountabilities
- Manage incoming work, review requests, and coordinate with appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution
- Enter and verify transactions with accuracy while balancing general ledger accounts
- Resolve complex customer issues using multiple systems, records, and resources
- Deliver fast, accurate, and courteous service to customers and banking partners
- Prepare, edit, and distribute specialized or complex operational documents
- Analyze customer feedback and report trends to identify recurring issues
- Review and improve processes for efficiency and accuracy; recommend enhancements to leadership
- Support and mentor junior team members, serving as an escalation point for complex matters
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of office experience
- Associate’s Degree
- 4 years of office or operations experience
