Del Webb Savannah at Heartwood is a premier 55 active adult community located in Richmond Hill, Georgia, just off Belfast Keller Road. resort-style lifestyle supported by a 15,000 sq. ft. amenity center offering an indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor saltwater resort-style pool with cabanas, fitness center and locker rooms, pickleball and tennis courts, bocce ball, multi‑use and community rooms, and scenic walking trails.
Primary responsibilities are centered on the strategic planning of all resident programs within the Community. This involves big picture thinking backed by a focus on the tactical aspect of planning events and activities such as: Recreational, social, cultural, educational, and entertainment.

Position Responsibilities
- Partners with the Lifestyle Director/Community Manager to identify, coordinate, and market all community events, programs, and services.
- Develop and maintain an active volunteer program among residents, solicit input and involvement from residents to stimulate awareness and participation.
- Work with residents to assist in the establishment of chartered clubs.
- Secure entertainment, food, decorations, and items necessary to carryout events.
- Oversee the New Resident Orientation.
- Attend Board, club, and committee meetings as required.
- Assess overall success of events through focus groups and evaluations.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- The ability to design and coordinate programs that enrich the quality of life and enhance the vibrancy and overall experience of living within an HOA Community.
