Required Skills
- 4 years of experience in program or project management supporting technology initiatives
- Proven ability to manage large, multi-workstream programs with complex dependencies
- Strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior technical leaders
- Highly organized, adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Smartsheet
- Ability to translate technical activities into clear, concise summaries for executive audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of enterprise data environments and large-scale infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with process improvement frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
- Prior experience in financial services or regulated tech environments
- Agile certifications can be beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
- 4 to 7 years supporting technology programs, with a track record of successful delivery
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating cross-team collaboration and reporting
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical systems
- Flexibility to start mid-December for an initial 12-month contract, with potential to convert to full-time
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
