Responsibilities
- Manage and refine the product backlog
- Support delivery execution and operational oversight
- Partner with stakeholders to maintain alignment and progress
- Contribute to Agile planning and execution activities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4–6 years of product or business management experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and decision?making skills
- Solid understanding of technology and its application to business needs
- Financial services background
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Hybrid work environment
- Collaborative, established product team
