Qualifications
Must be able to learn internal accounting processes and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required. Solid written and verbal communication skills, basic computer proficiency, effective time management, and strong organizational skills are needed. Must be able to manage a high workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred. Generally 2–4 years of accounting experience is ideal. Professional certification is a plus but not required.
