• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues over the phone
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Aptitude for rapid learning of new platforms and technology
• Experience in high-volume inbound call centers (20-30 calls/day)

• Financial industry experience
• Familiarity with annuity platforms or financial products
• Licensing such as SIE, Series 7, or 6 (not required)
• Experience with documentation review and account management
• Ability to handle complex operational queries

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Proven success in customer service roles, especially in finance or related industries
• Experience managing a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and patience

• Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
• Strong computer literacy and technical troubleshooting capabilities
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
