Strategic GoalAOG is embarking on an ambitious journey to achieve IPO readiness within the next three years. To realize this goal, we are seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer with the skills and experience to lead our financial strategy, strengthen our compliance infrastructure, and prepare the company for a successful public offering.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all financial operations and planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Oversee and ensure compliance with SEC regulations and public company requirements
- Develop and implement financial systems and controls to support IPO readiness
- Partner with executive leadership to guide strategic decisions and growth initiatives
- Manage relationships with auditors, legal advisors, and investment partners
- Drive the preparation and execution of IPO-related activities over the next three years
- Demonstrated experience with IPO processes or public company SEC compliance
- CPA or MBA credential strongly preferred
- Proven track record as CFO or senior finance executive in a dynamic, growing organization
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate with integrity and foster a culture of accountability
