Associa Sierra North is seeking a customer service focused individual to join the team. The Receptionist position is the branch's initial contact for clients and serves as administrative support for the team. Individuals who are well-spoken, customer service-oriented, enjoy assisting others and have the ability to juggle many tasks will find this role enjoyable. The primary duty for the Receptionist is to direct incoming calls and walk-in clients in a friendly and welcoming manner, however providing general administrative support is also necessary.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities, duties include, but are not limited to:
· Professionally greet and direct all visitors.
· Professionally answer the phone and direct all calls accordingly.
· Assist with special administrative projects.
· Manage conference room calendars.
· Screen incoming general messages within email and phone mail systems and distribute accordingly.
· Assist with mail handling per client and company policies.
· Ensure that the lobby, conference rooms, and kitchen area are kept neat and clean at all times.
· Oversee office supply stock and ordering.
· General administrative support as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
Compensation: $19.00 per hour; direct experience is highly considered.
Schedule: In office Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Skills
· Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
· Professional customer service skills.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
· Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).
· Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
· Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Education and Experience
· High School Diploma or GED Required
· 1 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
